Yoga
Gatherings: These programs
were born out of the necessity to provide an opportunity to the vast
majority of the population not belonging to a yoga studio or health
club. Because of a number of different factors the majority never
have the opportunity to be presented with truthful, non-gimmick, healthy
lifestyle information.
The benefits developed through the
practice of Yoga are many. Activities involving small groups not
only encourages a combined purpose but also a sense of responsibility to
the group. These factors will assist any individual to better
attain their desired goals as well as make for a fun, non-threatening
environment.
